High schoolers are not the best at eating a nutritious breakfast, or one at all for that matter. Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day but a lot of people just skip over breakfast either because they don’t have the time or don’t want to spend the money. So some ways to make sure you get your healthy breakfast in your day you will need decide if you’re going to go out and buy breakfast or if you’re gonna make it home. If you decide you want to go out to eat make sure you know where you want to go. Make sure that you have enough money to go When you go out for breakfast it was a little bit harder to make sure that it’s healthy because you don’t know the calories or don’t know what in the actual breakfast that you were eating. A good reason to go out to eat is because most of the time it’s quicker you don’t have to make anything at home. It’s on the go so you could grab it on your way to school, your way to work, or your way to anything really.
Making breakfast at your house is probably the healthier way to go. Having plenty of fruits and vegetables in your fridge makes making breakfast a whole lot easier. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be some awful thing, fresh ingredients makes your healthy food taste really good. If you plan on making breakfast make sure you have the time to. Eggs are super healthy and a good source of protein but the take a while to cook. Here is an easy recipes to get you started:
2 slices of bread
½ a lemon
Cut the avocado in half and take out the pit. Scoop the avocado into a bowl. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice into the bowl and add a sprinkle of salt. Mix with a fork till smooth. Toast bread.
Spread the avocado out of the bowl onto the bread
Add sliced tomato on top.
